My Creations and Cakes

I started making cakes in 1999 in Lima, thanks to a dear aunt - Elena Miyagi - it was a real teacher in the 'art of icing sugar. Then I did some courses in Lima in 'school of Viacava Rosa de Ortega , which boasts guest professors as K Erry Vincent (USA) and Cape Marcela (Argentina) .

cakes that do not belong to the Italian tradition, but are closer to the Anglo-Saxon tradition and American cakes are decorative, fanciful, many particulars. This type of cakes can be customized to become very small works of art. I think the cake is a perfect understanding between the true taste and ideas of the client and 'ability cake designer.

My cakes are made with the technique known as sugarcarft which is a technique of his own tradition Anglo-Saxon. Sugarcarft is the 'art of working the icing sugar. " This art includes a number of decorative techniques such as frosting, gum paste (known in Italy as a mass fondant), royal icing, etc..
