My sweet and loves us the way they sometimes do. But last week I made some muffins decorated for the feast of the small Aurora say they were perfect: beautiful to look at and delicious inside. The recipe is in the book " The Big Book of Tea ( DeAgostini ) page 196 is a very simple recipe and foolproof.
Recipe: 12 units
60 g butter 250 gr flour 125 gr sugar
1 egg 250 ml milk 1 tablespoon baking
a pinch of salt Preparation: Melt the butter in a water bath in a small saucepan. A shares sift the flour with sugar, poured into a bowl, and incorporate the egg , melted butter, milk, salt and baking powder, beating the mixture with a whisk until you have achieved a smooth paste (no lumps). Pour the batter by spoonfuls in the molds of paper before you put in the right muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven to 180 degrees.
